Denton County 1st Qtr Stats

I found it quite interesting that with all the bad publicity regarding the housing market, Denton County seems to be hanging on. In South Denton County there were 799 sales in the first quarter which in down only 17% from last year. Other areas of north texas have a much larger drop in sales. The good news is that the avg . sales price is the same as this time last year. So although sales are momentarily down our prices are staying strong. This is a temporary slow down and now is the prime opportunity to beef up prospecting  and  to do our  part in keeping moral up as there are great things in our not so distant future in real estate.
